Here's a little info about my approach to cooking.

Over the last 10 years I've been eating my way to food happiness and learnt from personal experience that flexible meal plans and smart shopping are two of the best ways to eat a variety of incredible food on a tiny budget. My approach to food puts fresh ingredients before processed; own-brand ahead of expensive packaging; and follows the old saying: "a goal without a plan is just a wish."

Planning your meals and shopping once per week are at the heart of Tiny Budget Cooking. If you follow the plans and shopping tips in the book you'll be feasting on succulent meats, nutritious grains and veg, and a whole variety of flavours to keep your taste buds & wallet happy.

Cooking like this is the simplest way to bring your average meal cost down - saving you money and fewer evenings spent playing the 'What's for dinner?' game!

I've poured my heart and soul into this project to give you the tool kit to eat well on a tiny budget. If I can convince you to start using the meal plans, quick recipes and principles in this book, I think you'll never look back!
